The goal of enlightenment, beyond reaching a higher state of consciousness, is to be able to live in peace and hold no resistance to any person or idea. Enlightenment isn’t easy by any means, but by the end of the process, we’ll have refined our consciousness and taught ourselves how to flow with life with no restrictions.

Plenty of teachers have told us that enlightenment will result in an experience of bliss that’s unlike anything we’ve yet felt, but the process can be difficult because it urges us to look at everything about ourselves that’s out of alignment with the personal changes we strive to make.

Most people would love to feel the bliss that comes with enlightenment, but doing the work to get there isn’t so desirable. It’s understandable that we wouldn’t want to shine our light on everything about ourselves, including the darkest aspects of our consciousness that need exposed and healed, but this is what’s required if we want to find enlightenment.

Among the many mysteries of human biology is why complex diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and psychiatric disorders are so difficult to predict and, often, to treat. An equally perplexing puzzle is why one individual gets a disease like cancer or depression, while an identical twin remains perfectly healthy.

Now scientists have discovered a vital clue to unraveling these riddles. The human genome is packed with at least four million gene switches that reside in bits of DNA that once were dismissed as “junk” but that turn out to play critical roles in controlling how cells, organs and other tissues behave. The discovery, considered a major medical and scientific breakthrough, has enormous implications for human health because many complex diseases appear to be caused by tiny changes in hundreds of gene switches.

No, the title of this article is not a typo. Yes, god can be a verb. No, it isn’t religious. Yes, it is extremely spiritual. “Godding” means a sacred flourishing of the human condition, a divine blossoming into self-actualization. When the crown chakra is godding it is an all-out embracing of self as cosmos and cosmos as self. It is an overwhelming, agape, in-love-with-the-moment breath of fresh air at experiencing the cosmos as an interdependent whole.

The crown is the accumulation of all the energies of the chakras, a blending of all the unique lessons learned from meditating on the other chakras. It is the merging of our personal consciousness with cosmic consciousness to bring forth all the knowledge that is available to us...

Awakening to truth is soft and subtle.  We do not need a marching band to bring awareness.

What thwarts awakening is anticipation within the imagination of some glorious experience.

A soft and subtle becoming rises in our awareness and it reminds us of who we are in consciousness, almost like the soul is saying, “no big deal, my child”.

Only the ego demands a parade and wants attention for self.

Awareness is a silent reminder of the silent nature of existence.

Sickness is a great business, and the pharmaceutical industry knows this very well. They would have you to believe they are in the health business, but they are not. They are in the business of sickness. And, judging from a business perspective, it is brilliant, but at the same time, corrupt. They are not isolated in the business of sickness; many other associates are involved: the medical system, drug companies with their research departments, and government to supervise and create the sort of treadmill the populous run on: symptomatic treatment, while avoiding cures and prosecuting those who would dare try.

SYNCHRONICITIES   We encourage you to take time to clear your mind, meditate, pray and seek inside for answers. Often the responses are subtle: a fleeting thought, an intuition, a gut reaction or goose pimples. How do you know when it is us or your Higher Self making contact? First is the ability to trust your instincts. It is much easier to trust your instincts after you have relinquished your fears. At times you may get an intuition, but your fears create a gut reaction response that keeps you from following through with the intuition. This is an important reason why facing and walking through your fears is imperative. Once you have learned to walk with courage, your next task is to follow your intuition.

If what you are prompted to do is for your highest good and for the highest good of all concerned, then know you are on the right Path. We understand that this is not always a good indicator, for you do not know all the ramifications that may occur as a result of any action or if the results ultimately are for the highest good of all. Many times what seems painful for another turns out to be a great gift or teacher.

Another indicator to know if what you are experiencing is for your highest good is to pay attention to your feelings as you make choices. In most cases, if you have released associated fears and blocks caused by belief codes, you will know for certainty that you should follow through with what you feel prompted to do.
