Once you understand how the creation process works, it will be much easier to make the changes you wish to see. This can be done literally in the “twinkling of an eye.” What we wish to impart to you today is to find ways to create peace and harmony every moment of your day, no matter what frustrations are presented to you. As you learn more of the dishonesty and treachery imposed upon you from those in places of authority, it is imperative that you quickly move from anger to compassion. The energy of love flows freely; fear and anger glop together and can cause extensive problems. Before any worlds were created, all existed in a state of perfect love. There was no sense of time or space. All that existed were like wispy clouds, floating in and out. There was no such thing as being an individual, all simply was one. There came a time when the essence of One wanted to experience “More” and through many eons, innumerable episodes of ‘Separateness, Individuality and Not-Love” have been experienced. Follow your intuition and allow yourself to walk along the path of discovery. Know that no thing you do is “wrong” or “bad.” All you do is simply an experience. Each of you is living a unique existence. All of you are operating on different levels of understanding and awareness. Take a deep breath. You do not need to be in the thrall of upset. It is not so important that you are right or wrong. It is important that you keep your balance. The world is fraught with distress. You do not have to be.
 
Even when your rights are being infringed upon, you can remove yourself from aggravation. Even if you are handcuffed, and you are innocent, you can be handcuffed and let the aggravation go. You have to, beloveds. It may seem to you that you are at the mercy of the world, yet it is you who has to be merciful to yourself. You may be bound hand and foot, yet you do not have to tie yourself up in knots. Let your emotional life be under your jurisdiction.
 
The world can toss you around. That does not mean that you yourself have to be in league with upset.
 
Sure, you may be tossed around by the waves of life, yet you can maintain steadiness within yourself. You have to, or you are at the whim of life, blown about by the winds.
 
Of course, you want the world to be merciful to you. Meanwhile, count on yourself, beloveds. Meanwhile, count on your own mercy. Meanwhile is right now. Right now is your call.
 
You do have say over how you interact with life.

We are rapidly approaching 13 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001, where the facts surrounding the deaths of thousands of Americans continue in suppressed fashion, garnering yearly rehashes of the original narrative.

As calendar pages turn, so fades public interest and perhaps attempts at outreach and education regarding the facts. As time goes on, 9/11 truth is teetering on the edge of enmeshment with other obscured events which carry the scarlet letter of “conspiracy theory,” and thus, with a public in the dark, the implausible official stories are passed on, but not legitimately investigated.

HJ: The key to getting rid of emotions is acceptance, simply because what we resist persists.  Resistance blocks the natural flow of energy and causes stagnancy.  Emotions are truly like clouds.  Eventually they dissipate.  However, we treat them like rocks… carrying them around with us — heavy, bulky and weighing ourselves down.  They become a ball and chain and cause problems as we try and grow.  However, if we treat them like clouds… they simply pass through and then evaporate.  This means accepting them while they are around and knowing they will soon leave.  Like the weather, they are ever changing.

Now, if you want to be happy pretty much all the time, then you need to adopt a belief system that sees the world in a way that accepts what is and sees the best in humanity.  This is because our beliefs generate our emotions.  What we believe gives context to what we experience and determines how we interpret a situation.  If we deem it to be a ‘good’ situation, we are happy.  If we deem it to be an undesirable or ‘bad’ situation, we become frustrated, upset, pessimistic,...
