Dear Ones, when you keep focusing on what is unwanted you keep it energetically viable. How are you using your focus? Is it connecting you to what you wish to experience, where you wish to go?

Your focus is your non-verbal feedback to the universe of what you would like to continue to include, which energetic path you would like to continue on. This is why a gratitude practice is one of the most valuable tools for creation you have.

Dear Ones, if you want positive change you must be willing to embrace the elements that take you there. Those include surrender, which is the entry point of movement, flow, which is the movement, and trust which is what sustains the movement. You cannot get where you want to go if you are resisting or denying any of those essential aspects.
