“Ego” is a buzzword we hear all the time, especially when talking about men. Still, few people understand what the term means and how it affects their lives.
 
Believe it or not, most of your negative emotions – fear, loneliness, anger, etc – come from the ego. It’s the source of all mental resistance and pain.
 
But much like the boogeyman in a child’s closet, the ego disappears when you turn on the lights and take a closer look at it. Let’s begin by doing just that.

In ignorance, choice isn't really choice, but judgment. People have complex belief systems about what's right and wrong, good and bad, and the decisions they should be making Consciously have already been decided by somebody else. People are told what to think, and new beliefs are inserted based upon prejudices people already have. There's even a whole industry around this, called advertising.

When we fully understand our Equality in Oneness within Everything, how can we judge anything? This is the same understanding as, judge not lest ye be judged. Judge anything and you're also judging yourself. In complete Unity, how can things like right and wrong, good and evil even exist? They cannot, unless we believe ourselves to be separate, which in turn leads to judgment.

How can we be happy if we're judging others? How can we be at peace if we judge at all? It's impossible! If you're judging anything, you're worried about it. There's some fear there and if there's fear, there can't be happiness or peace.

There's no good judgment, there's only bad judgment.

And that was a joke by the way...

You don't need judgment to make decisions. A Conscious Being makes choices based upon feeling. Judgment is always rooted in the past, why would someone in the Now make choices based upon the past? You can learn from your experiences, but if you're really learning from them, you'll be Free, not chained by judgment.

Its a strange age.

Growth comes unexpectedly. Suddenly. Go to bed and suddenly your 6 inches longer in the morning.

What was once familiar, even cherished, has holes, and is uncomfortable to wear. My limbs feel exposed and everything seems too small for my being.

Old patterns vanish. Both the ones I thought were important, and the ones that I never wanted but were very hard to break free from. The rate at which this happened is astonishing. They simply hold no resonance for me.

The future called me, or was it the ever present NOW? “Do you want to have some fun?” I replied, “YES!” Sometimes fun is a rocket sled into the future. I had plans. Strategies. But it all came so fast that planning in serial time was pointless. And I all could do was be of service to Eternal Essence, and in doing that, I found ME.

Message from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

Stop looking backwards in your lives dear ones. Stop looking at what you could have done, should have done, or what might have been. Stop chastising yourselves for opportunities missed, time wasted, or words either spoken or unspoken. The past is over. You live now. In this moment you have glorious opportunity to bring love to the surface in your lives and thus create magical futures.

Your life is not destined to be the sum total of your past thoughts, words, and deeds, but rather simply a consequence of the energy you choose to embrace now… and now… and now. God does not keep score. The universe does not hold you to account. Only you do this. Can you choose to set yourself free of the past? Can you choose to say, “What is done is done, and today is a new day. Now is a new moment. In this second in time, I can recreate my entire life simply by choosing to love myself, to surrender to where I am at, to look to the future with loving expectation, and then to trust God?” Dear ones, this is truth! This is God’s glorious love. This is God’s presence breathing in you now, beckoning you to return to Love, reminding you that your future is not born of your past, but rather of your present.
