What is ascension?
Ascension is basically a change in the focus of consciousness. It is the natural, on-going evolutionary process of all Creation. As eternal, spiritual beings, we were created by God to expand through experience. When we choose to incarnate in the dense, physical, third dimension, we descend. We come to Earth again and again in order to experience, learn, and master this most difficult of dimensions with unconditional love. This choice greatly accelerates our spiritual evolution. The only problem is, we fall asleep in matter. We get bogged down in materiality, thinking that it is our total reality. We forget that we come into incarnation in order to return to the spiritual realms with added wisdom and experience. This is ascension. This is our goal.

All life is ascending . . . the plants, the rocks, the animals, each in its own time in its own individual way. The Earth, as a living being, is also ascending. It is happening according to the Divine Plan whether we know about it or not. Only the resistance to this process is painful.

This Awareness has been asked to present information on the subject of appreciation, and IT will now do so. What this Awareness suggests is that those that read this message be as physically comfortable as possible, sitting upright in a relaxed position and being aware of Cosmic Energy as it flows through them. This Awareness indicates that appreciation is that energy that uplifts you, that keeps you in balanced alignment with your Higher Self. By contrast, depreciation throws you off balance and alignment with Who, In Fact, You Really Are, and degenerates your vibration. This Awareness indicates that the energy of appreciation is really the same as that of joy and love. Appreciation is indeed a very high vibration that matches the vibration of this Awareness. This Awareness suggests that when the vibration of appreciation is stepped-down or decreased in its rate of speed, it becomes more dense and forms physical matter.

What a gem January has become.  I guess it always was, but when you are in the fire changing the molecular structure from a piece of coal into a brilliant diamond, it sure doesn’t feel very gem like!!

For me, there are so many things clicking into place, understandings made tangible and actually…. very very applicable.

There is a huge difference in perspective when we are on top of something looking straight at it, as opposed when we are a sizable distance from whatever that is, looking at it.  The view from a distance is fuller, more complete.  This is true for our spiritual journey as well.  More often than not, whatever is changing or has changed in our physical life is also giving us a larger view of our changing spiritual life as well, if we take the time to stop and really notice.

When I first seen the Mesa from the road way with my own two eyes, it was so different than when I open my back door and see it.  The avalanche was huge, the falling away of ancient lava, one of the most resistant elemental formations loosened by erosion of time and weather.  Very much like the goo of our ego!!  It hangs on tight and solid.  Until it cannot any longer.
