Emotional healing is at the forefront of your evolution as you continue to move forward in your transformation process. Many of you are becoming more and more aware of the importance of honouring your feelings, particularly those that have not been addressed that are connected to core wounds that are seeking healing.

The first thing that must be done in order to start that healing process is to create a safe space for yourself to do so. This means stepping in as your own loving parent, best friend, and wise guide. It means not only must you move into appropriate and healthy boundaries by surrounding yourself with safe people who support your health and wellness, but also that you must immediately stop your self abuse (verbal and otherwise), self judgment, and any choices that lead to further wounding.

We urge you to create a healing space within yourself, for yourself – a nest of nurturing, if you will, that will allow the healing to occur without the fear of being abused by another or by yourself. This means shutting off your negative self talk and replacing it with love, acceptance, and encouragement. It means committing to yourself to always give yourself the same loving care you give others. It means sitting with yourself in a whole new way which will allow the parts of you that have been yearning for your love and attention to have the courage to come forward and state their needs, and feel safe enough to not only heal but to integrate into wholeness within you.

God said:

Beloved, rest assured, Godwriting is not a statement that your individuality puts together. Godwriting consists as a statement lightly pumped into you, the individual you appear to be. My Words slip out from you of themselves, and then you are dubbed as a Godwriter, a God-receiver, a God-blessing, as well as One Who blesses God Himself. What is a servant of God but a blessing? What is God but a servant?

To Godwrite, all you have to do is to lightly pick up a sense of My thoughts or utterances. Sometimes, My thoughts may also just burst out from you with nothing getting in the way, as if there is nothing in between My thoughts and your receiving them.

This is The Universe speaking, you have reached your cruising altitude and are now traveling at the speed of light through time and space.  Do not be alarmed.  This is how all of you travel. (Smiling) This is where your deepest and most profound changes will take place.  As you navigate infinity, take some time to stop and see the ‘sights’.  Experience taste, touch and sound.  Embrace your human body as the vehicle for this amazing journey!  Each memory and ‘snapshot’ you take along the way is yours to keep if you so choose and…. never forget the beautiful views! ~ Creator

When you are trying hard to be positive, you are not quite there. The fact that you are trying and forcing indicates you are not able to access the space you desire, that you are seeing it as outside of yourself. You move into alignment not by forcing, but by flowing.

So rather than trying, we suggest finding things you easily accept. Look around for what you are grateful for. Spend time in activities you love. Surrender into the experience of happiness and see where the flow takes you. Meditate. Watch a show that makes you laugh. Connect with friends who lift your spirits. Go outside and pay attention to the beauty that abounds in nature.

It is the choosing of activities that make it easy for you to simply be in a space of open acceptance that shifts you into a space of more comfort and appreciation which then naturally creates the experience of positivity. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

Beloved, the physical body integrates itself fully into the Universe. Every part of a human body connects to every other. The ear is connected to your balance! Sound and sight and taste and smell and touch connect you to the outside world.

Furthermore, you are connected to the trees and the stones and humanity as a whole. You can look at yourself as a branch on a tree and know that blossoms plucked from you also serve a purpose. You exist for good reason, yet everything exists beyond ordinary reckoning. You exist as a blessing.

Each body on Earth connects to water and air and to the well-being of the entire Earth and children born or yet unborn. Everything influences everything else in the world from here and there and all-around the mulberry bush. If the body can be unified so, imagine how Souls unify in Holiness.

Oneness is all at once and eternal.

Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out…it is so important to remember this.  I can hear some of you joking, “Yes, I have to continue to sustain life!  Derp!”, but it is so much more than that. (Smiling) During any shifts or changes, it is a very distinct reminder of exactly where and what you are doing.  It gives you the opportunity to slow down a bit and assess how you are feeling in this particular moment.  Happy?  Sad?  Angry?  Joyful?  When you become used to recognizing your feelings and emotions, you are then put in a position to keep them as they are or change them to something more positive.  The conscious awareness of your human-ness is one of the greatest gifts you have ever been given.  Revel in and embrace it…it is completely yours! ~ Creator
