Your worthiness is not dependent upon another.  What others, think, feel or say about you does not really matter.  However, what you think, feel or say about yourself does.  Your mind is an intricate and fascinating machine, taking in every bit of stimulus offered to it in a way you can best understand.  If you ‘feed’ your brain negative thoughts and feelings, it will crave, create situations and give you exactly what you need.  On the flip side, if you feed your brain good thoughts and feelings, again, it will crave the same.  What are you choosing to feed your brain today? ~ Creator

Life on Earth is a play you take part in. Look, Life in the world is stagecraft, you understand. Note all the effort you give to this drama. Effort is a sign of drama. Effort is not exactly the Truth of you. Effort is contrived. To be is to be natural. It is easy. It is not effortful. A performance comes from effort.

Calm is the Truth of You. Stress is drama and far from the Truth of You. Nice and easy is the Essence of You and, therefore, the Truth of You.

Dear Ones, we invite you today to treat yourself like a beloved. For the entire day, we wish for you to consciously think loving thoughts about yourself, to celebrate your innate goodness, to acknowledge your many contributions and talents, to embrace your innocence and divinity. You might be surprised to see how challenging that is!

If you find this difficult, be easy with yourself. Simply see it as a sign of how much you are missing your own love and a wonderful opportunity to step into bringing yourself back into fullness. If you catch yourself having negative thoughts about yourself, we recommend you stop and ask yourself if that is really true. Imagine yourself standing before you as a five year old child. Would you say it then? At what age did you decide you didn't deserve your own love?

If you catch yourself criticizing yourself over something that you truly desire to change, how can you do it in a kinder way? Could you shift from berating yourself over what is unwanted into encouraging yourself into your new, preferred expression of self? Which do you feel would be more effective in creating the changes you seek? Can you see that you will never be able to shame yourself into enlightenment?

It is all laid out before you; the beauty, the love, the joy and the excitement of living on your Earth-plane. Why dwell in the pain of the past when all the goodness in the world awaits you? ~ Creator
