Prior to the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, people were writing me and asking why I was distracting attention from Mother Nature’s activities by always saying that I believe weather-control technology was involved.  Well, I would think that Matthew Ward has now settled that question and I ask, respectfully, that questions asking why I stress weather-control technology now cease.

But people are now writing asking why the galactics did not prevent the catastrophe totally?  We have swung on the pendulum from weather control did not do it to why don’t the galactics prevent the use of weather control altogether?

Is this any different from some people in North African countries saying, “We don’t want Americans intervening in our affairs” and others saying “Why isn’t America doing anything to help us?”

Matthew did not address the question of why the galactics did not stop the operation entirely, but SaLuSa has. So I now offer SaLuSa’s comments on why the galactics cannot yet simply stop the Illuminati altogether from wreaking havoc among us, not yet anyways. (They will be able to after a divine deadline (1) has passed, but it has evidently not passed yet.)

“The days are speeding by and things are happening that signal a crucial time on Earth. The dark Ones hit out at those who have opposed them, and their wars have moved from conventional weapons to those that are very sophisticated. You have just seen further evidence of it by what has happened to Chile, and it is part of the continuing attacks within an area where leaders have opposed the dark forces, which were intent on removing them.

“As we have often informed you, we cannot just interfere with what is happening to you – unless we are given the authority to do so. However, as known to you, we are allowed to prevent an even more devastating scenario. Bear in mind, Dear Ones, that in Atlantean times they were also very advanced technologically, and had for example developed the laser beam. It was used in such a way that it caused a weakening of the Earth’s crust that broke up, and Atlantis finally disappeared under the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.

“You are now at a similar point in your experiences, as the Atlanteans were in their end times. Indeed they developed in a very similar way to you, using advanced technology obtained from Extraterrestrials, putting it to misuse and personal gain. The country that is the U.S. is largely populated by those souls who were in Atlantis in its demise, and the challenge has been to see out this cycle without destroying the Earth. Civilizations experience very much as individual [souls do] and where lessons are not learnt, you face the same ones until you progress sufficiently to successfully come through them.

“You will therefore understand, that we cannot take away your opportunity to overcome the weaknesses that have caused your downfall in ancient times. It is not however all left up to you, and as we have explained previously we can help in ways that often prevent matters getting out of hand. Total destruction of the Earth will not be allowed, and we protect Mother Earth and the human civilization, by limiting the extent to which it occurs. (2)

So let’s now review in more depth what SaLuSa said. The galactics have not passed the divine deadline whereby they can just intervene in our affairs totally, but they can mitigate events. We heard Matthew say on March 12, 2011, that “our space family was able to thwart their goal to level cities, flood the island and kill most of its inhabitants.”

“For all the devastation in the ocean’s path and the damaged nuclear power facility, compared to the Illuminati’s intent to utterly destroy Japan, it was a shallow win for them. There was minimal damage in Tokyo; the quake, aftershocks and tsunami released a large amount of negativity on the planet; off-planet technology is lessening the effects of radiation from the power station; and other civilizations are beaming intense light, adding to the outpouring of prayers for the Japanese people, whose resilience and resourcefulness and the assistance of other countries will restore that nation.” (3)

SaLuSa tells us that we are re-running the Atlantean scenario and have weapons of similar destructive capability. The galactics cannot relieve us of our karmic need to learn our lessons and we are thus given a second chance to overcome our behavioral tendencies that would see (and have seen) a large part of our world destroyed: “Civilizations experience very much as individual [souls do] and where lessons are not learnt, you face the same ones until you progress sufficiently to successfully come through them.”

SaLuSa asks us therefore to “understand, that we cannot take away your opportunity to overcome the weaknesses that have caused your downfall in ancient times.” But the galactics will see that Planet Earth is not totally destroyed, whether we prove capable of rising above our destructive tendencies or not.

I will be publishing a second article on the fact that we must shut down all weather-control installations on this planet. But for now, the point I wish to make is that the galactics cannot be blamed for our destructive tendencies. Just as the abusive individual must rein him or herself in, so must the destructive groups on this planet also be reined in. And it is our task to rein them in – you and me. This task is not something the galactics can do for us. On that next task on our agenda, let’s get to work!
