~ARCTURIAN MESSAGE Good Day, we are the Arcturians~

Is this not cool ? But who are these being addressed that they made a pact with the Arcturians while they were in 6D ? Are we all humans in this category or this is a reference to only a few incarnate humans on earth ?

Deep down I feel it is true. That we are great beings. I have for some time felt the following story forming in my heart.

" once upon a time there was a King's castle. The children there had a very good time but because all was smooth the most of the kids decided to leave the castle and go out into the woods to seek adventure that would give them more skills. Out there they played games until they forgot to go back home including the way itself. And they lived in the woods being pricked and getting hungry and quarreling and  and even fighting until they separated into camps and scattered all over the forest. Meanwhile Dad and Mom still loved their kids and decided to send some of the kids who had not left tha castle out into the woods to seek the lost ones. And even the King and Queen ventured into the woods to help locate their children." Does that story sound familiar ?
