YES. EDGAR CAYCE SAID IT WAS DOWN THERE. HE ALSO SAID IT IS A PORTAL AS WELL, WHICH STILL GETS ACTIVATED WHEN CONDITIONS ARE IN ALIGNMENT FOR IT TO DO SO.

I agree, Paulette. Many of the things that Cayce said were dismissed because he assigned them to "specific times" and then they apparently didn't happen. But if we think of the Harmonic Convergence as starting the "Time of No Time" as foretold by the Mayans, and then we see how the polar melting is now corresponding to what Cayce also said, his visions were correct - he just had the wrong times!
