Distortions
Draining the distortions of our emotional fields is a brilliant way to describe the process of releasing what no longer fits in our lives. Is it possible that those distortions provided us opportunities for growth? Perhaps releasing the distortions and then connecting with Spirit promotes a newer more grand sense of clarity.
