I have also had this experience many times but they have been decreasing a lot. Interestingly, last week I had a melt down also so your words are of great comfort. This morning before reading this I FEEL I had come to a similar understanding but your affirmation only helped.

I have to say, I felt a rather unconfortable tension between the claims that you are "a humble one" (in itself an oxymoron), that you have bright spiritual light (true perhaps, but does it add anything to say so?) or that you were approached by leaders of other groups for whatver reason (again, why the need to say so?) I'm not judging you but I had this, shall we say, aesthetic response to your post and wondered if I ought to say anything or no. Well, I felt compelled to do so - I will learn whether or not that was a mistake by looking out for signs/reprocussions!

What is wrong with Truth? Should the Light fake it's Light as the old paradigm has been teaching? "hide your qualities, your gifts and yourself or you're not humble?" 

I do not understand what Really did bother you about it, maybe there's a chance to go deeper about your Feelings and/or emotions?
