Thanks for sharing Bill! Yesterday was just as you said, for me too. Thought I had released and was done with a lot of baggage. I was thinking it was also a test on staying centered. I kept trying to regain myself, but this energy seemed to have a mind of its own. Then when I turned the tv on and saw bombs landing in the middle east, well that did not improve my mood! I just can't stomach another war, don't people ever learn? Today I'm hoping that those of us who got knocked off course yesterday were able to come back stronger! I'm thinking its not going to be too hard to get sucked into the drama playing out in the world arena right now. Guard your heart so any darkness is not able to get a foothold into your heart or mind.
