Thank you. I really needed to hear this. It is excactly how I feel! Started to wonder why it seems like most of what I read on the internett is about people beeing totally in their hearts, or channeled messages saying "all you have to do is be LOVE! I get it, and work with it every day, but there are also frustration, a feeling of beeing held back, treading waters so to speak. So thank you very much:)
