Aisha North - Never a dull moment

You are not alone Aisha. About 6 years ago, I too went through the feeling of being compressed, waking at times feeling like I was wearing a suit of armor, my body felt so heavy, went through terrible sickness, was administered by angels and felt like I had to learn how to walk all over again as my Spirit fully entered my earthly form... my physical body was severely tested and the only thing that kept me sane through it all was staying centered in LOVE, gardening... touching Mother Earth nurtured me as I nurtured her and taking long walks in the forest or by the sea. Recently I had a vision during dream time... a glimpse of the stunning world to come. Each night I take a bath is sea salt and show loving compassion to my body which has chosen to be the sacred temple for Me here on earth. I stroke my body at night while I lie in bed and tell how grateful I am for it and how much I love how it is here for me. Yes it is hard work. Your words describe the process well and will be a help to others. We are here together and though we may not know each other's physical body, in spirit we are friends and are in this together. And so I reach out and take your hand... I am a mystic and was shown in a vision that ALL joined together holding hands... forming a circle... I was it as my 'engagement ring' having already experienced the mystical marriage to my Beloved. The 'wedding ring' I was shown in another vision was the cosmic Crown of Life.
