The common reaction is to self-protect, isolate, and put up a barrier so that we don't get hurt. But this is the exact opposite of what we need to do. We need to share ourselves authentically and let the chips fall where they may

 

 

Great advice.  I AM going to my lil sisters 2 year old party (long story hehehee) today and its the first time i've been around my nuclear family in over 6 months.  hehehee
