Please help me out with the subject of chemtrails and your advice to us to spend time outdoors breathing this confirmed poison into our lungs?

 

This morning the skies were like clouds in Kansas City area with chemtrails and it seems as though when they are quite full we are then advised to go out into nature???

 

Please help me out with this? Is the benifit by grounding and breathing outdoors greater than the damage to our lungs and bodies?

 

And by the way, today as you give this advice to us, the chemtrails are the worst that I have EVER seen in years at least in this city!!! I am not rocket scientist, so what is up with that?

 

I don't live reeking in doubt and fear but, discernment, oh yes.
