Hi,
This article spoke to me so deeply. I have been undergoing this "compression" for a few days/nights now...always worse at night. Over the past year or so, I have gained weight that looks strangely like a pregnant stomach. The compression pains I've been feeling lately, make me think of the heartburn one feels when pregnant. I had no idea about the 9 month cycle that we are in right now. How interesting that I thought of that as well. Thank you for providing peace and relief to my questions.
