My friends and I observed a similar event above the emigrant lake in ashland oregon. It was roughly 4 am last summer, I have the exact date written down.  In any case what was observed was a couple of lights dancing together in an intelligent looking manor, they were situated right in the middle of the constellation Taurus, which was highly visible at that point in the summer and that time of night.  Interesting further research has revealed this is the home of the pleides lightbeings.  In any case once observed and each of us asking the other if we saw this, we jumped in a car and flicked the headlights several times.  Like in this video the result was the lights getting bigger as if they were approaching our position.  My theory is that that lake, which was man made was placed there by the powers that be to conceal a reptilian entity of great power, whose presence can be felt but not seen.  No evidence of this is readily available but head over to the dirt lot at 4 am.

The second time the light beam was accompanied by an unsettling wave of energy.  I documented it fully on a note on my phone, but the note dissappeared within the day.  My theory is that space travel is limited by mass but that light because it has no mass can travel unhindered.

Quite an experience, you did not want to experience with it? And see where you can get at, I got vehicles locking me down here some times also have jolts of energy, and paranormal events going on deeper we go in and I'm pretty sure the being I saw in December was interested in what I was achieving, reminded me of one of the aliens in the Russian book of alien races. The note that I got was around December 8? It's the only one I can't find anymore. I feel that technologies are linking up to earths core, connecting the sun portals and parallel links rise from entities around the earth. When the Earth bridges from the sun as portals and technologies GRinD to the core, The ones in synch have a connection that send out in future aspects of what is seen and appears in an instant around us. My correlations in December are from an Unlimited perspective and have acquired further teachings from last nights acknowledgements in what has been written, it's like I am teaching myself in two different aspects of time, that which keeps on growing the links "beyond" the knowledge shown in all written aspects. An advancement in extrapolariations. Similar to GRinD a link between sub-aspects of teachings to advance further without notice. It's quite amazing creations can multiply in teachings from an Ultimatum. Which relations are conceived deep within time.

If I look up Extrapolariations It gives me this site http://sp.lyellcollection.org/content/5/1/266.abstract that which the last sentence ends with "and a" which my post right beneath your sentence going space and* have wrote another part of a parallel, sublimest in a reality state confronting a same conceptualized Idea, that which UFO's where viewed and interacted in a similar "time" occasionally, these debuted partial parallels conceived as extrapolariations brought a "knowing" sense of reality on a larger scale or how to say "background?" as Interpolariations from a cosmic "view of beings" these are very interesting times
