How is step throat a dark note? 

As I see it it's only a way for your energetic body to cleanse it self from the energies that you are letting go. The throught chakra is the gate way of expressing your feelings. When some one is unable to express them, they will form a blockage there. When there are very intense energies like yesterday and today many people will experience pain at the throat, simply because they are not actually feeling the energies.. So their body has to use this way to make them feel and release. It's actually a cleansing process for the greather good. So I don't see it as a dark note, but as a light note. :) <3
