India Declares Dolphins Non-Human Persons, Bans Holding Them in Captivity

I read somewhere that dolphins/whales may have Pleiadian DNA, starseeds will naturally be more drawn to them. I guess that also explains why dolphins and humans can communicate and love each other better than most animals. Also they have a habit of saving humans from sharks and carrying them back to land in many instances. Probably why most humans are disgusted by whale/dolphin slaughter too.

I'd like to see the Japanese Government to follow suit!
