I can understand how we can perceive in-differences on the concept of "Twin Flames or Time Twins." In the same manner we have a multitude of close to us on 3D "Soul Mates." Some closer than others and this may change as well from life time to life time?

As far as having "two each" twin flames, ultimately once we rise back to our true nature, on our conscious way back there, I can see how we can reunite with souls that are close enough to us to be considered twins to great degree, therefore thinking them as twins, because ultimately, when we reach the final ONE, then the ONE just before "THE ONE" is the closet to the God I AM Presence of ONENESS that We in fact Our. From there I'll have to consult with The One for further intel on this subject.

There may come up questions on what you mentioned about ascended Ones leave their bodies behind when complete here. There is so many stories on Jesus that who "down here" knows that truth? It was said that "Madam Blavasky" took her body with Her when She transitioned, which made me question that as She was smoker, and that's why.
