There is another message OFT forgot when the sands of time affect things published.

Let us not forget Murray Hope's "The Lion People" from Sirius. Channelled via telepahty 1980-1987 and soon thereafter published.Its a rare find but I have it.

To those whom have served aboard a vessel, (and mind you our own ENTERPRISE prototype houses 1000..) 3K aboard ship is like nothing. Its an everyday occurance. You dont bump into everybody everyday, especially with reactor rooms and such but you get to know the whole crew rather in a short timeframe. ESSEX is prime example of that, though mostly we were the transport of the Marines, while on most Carriers its the same with Flight wings.Dont think its much different in space. There are those vessels without a deployable "wing" or "crew", a full habitat enclosure, very much like our prototype ENTERPRISE aims to be.

...and then there are those I used to know.
