Aisha North ~ A short update on the energies

Just yesterday I was speaking with a friend about my lingering headache/bodyache. Part of the discussion was about the intensity of the rays of the sun even at 16 deg. F. outside. A half hour in that sun would likely produce a sunburn. I stood in it as long as I could. Now 36 hours later the head is at the dull roar stage of acceptance. It did take several showers and a detox bath with drinking lots of water to get here. The visions and dreams, asleep and lucid are so very vivid. I appreciate this part the most. The spoken word seems to have a much deeper effect upon everyone too. One person I know has been so rigid to the energy that a re-occouring issue keeps on popping up. When she was done telling her story, I then asked her, what are you doing different. Nothing, she replied. To which I replied, It is up to you to make the change or just continue down that path. It is as simple as a choice to not suffer because of any old fixed belief. Some of us like to blame conditions on getting older. But, that is accepting a percieved notion which does not have to be so. Self empowerment is a rough thing for the humble human who waits for someone or something to rescue them.

In the Heart

Yes...been feeling it here even with windchills at 40 below.  The LIGHT seems blinding...the snow is deep and silent...but we literally had to put sunglasses on in the house.  Ears ringing...head and body aches....BRING IT ON!!!
