~The Effect Of Solar Flares On Our Pineal Gland~

I read: -Sungazing (Gazing at the sun during the first 15 minutes of sunrise and last 15 minutes of sunset will do wonders for your pineal gland…just not during a solar flare. lol)

Well, right now there is not much of sungazing in the Pacific Northwest but the sun will be back. My question:

I can not make out anything about that 'lol'. Does anyone has an experience of sungazing during solar flares?

I read info that said to refrain from gazing for four days after a solar flare -- they were not specific about C-, M- or X-Class flares -- I had gotten up to 2 minutes this summer and had to stop until recently since there were so many from Aug 2014 to Jan/Feb 2015.

I have also been trying to get info on resuming the procedure ... I started back at 2 mins and it was not as easy as I had gotten it to by the initial 10 secs/day routine. I didn't check today prior, but there was a mid C-class today and I feel ok -- just wish I had better info for these times where solar activity is pronounced ....
