This makes absolutely no sense to me.  Who even believes congress will do anything.  Your an idiot if you do.  All they care about is consolidating and keeping their own power.  They represent USA corp.  It's not in USA corps interest for people to have free energy.  As long as money is filling their pockets to keep silent they will.  These are the people that meet at bohemian grove and worship the devil.  Do you honestly think they will do one thing to advance disclosure?
