Thank you Lisa for your post - amazing.  It's funny, the word ELIXIR has been coming up in my consciousness for days now, but I had no clue to what it was referring.

 

I walked on the beach this morning (S. Ireland) and, although the sand was hard and easy to walk on, I fell flat on my face, for no apparent reason.  That shook me and the body is in a lot of pain.  On the plus-side, it seems to be shaking loose a core sadness - the final purge? I hope !
