I absolutely loved this!!!  There is so much pain and suffering and questioning of EGO here in this 3rd density.  This was so right on!  Movies and TV were mentioned and how they are all about feeding the EGO.  Why would I want to go see a movie called hunger games were we offer up our brothers and sisters to fight to the death for our family's food when food is (will be) ABUNDANT?  Everything EGO seems so strange anymore and I understand what is meant by the following:

 "so, when we have that type of aggression, when we see somebody who is still filled with pain and sorrow, and a great deal of debris, it presents a challenge for us, because we are not going to lower our vibration below fifth dimension. We are not going to do that.

So, your sweet question about how to interact with us: embrace us in love. Embrace us, approach us in gentleness. Approach us in kindness. For that was Grener’s desire as well, to have a family reunion. It is certainly my desire.

We wish to be one with you. So when you lead with your heart, when you lead with your delightful personalities that are not being led by ego — and it is not that there is no place for ego, it is part of your uniqueness, but it is not king — it is the gentleness we seek. It is the sweetness of union that we seek..

So if we LEAD with gentleness, if we embrace with LOVE everything and everyone we come in contact with - WE WILL HEAL and allow the light into this 3rd density.  Every day strive for unconditional love.  Be that sweet innocent child - the pure sweet child we all were born to be and spread you light far and wide :-)
