Interesting! I have found in my life that as I lay in the sun with my eyes closed I see this immense bright white light through my head enveloping my entire body...I believe and agree with what you say :-)

Nice!!! i like what you are saying. Over the years i've had different periods, some of them i was going into sun more, som of them less. For the last 2-3 years i did less. But for this year (meaning this summer, actually just starting in austria/europe) i do really have the strong inner feeling to enjoy sun more again. As you said i started slowly and now, later spring, i am top-fit for more sunlight soon :-) It feels so healthy and good energy, and as you know for sure, it helps to be on-line with the higher sunactivities.
