I am compelled to add that our ascension is not depedent on  whether or not we trained our mind to the workings of merkaba. Our higher self already understands all that is needed. Love and choosing Love above all else, is the main thing. It is through Love and surrender to Love that we connenct with our higher self and all life. Being in a state of utter surrender to Love in Love will allow for our Higher Self to take the reign, we are remakable and amazing beings, it is only in this consciousness (3rd dimesional) that we seem to be in lack. LOVE>techniques.
