I originaly posted this as a comment, but no response. Really wanting to know if this is a common event to others.
I usually walk into the woods here @Mom's in NC to meditate in the mid afternoon. I have been sungazing for a few seconds @ a time. Wed, tho, it was incredibly different.
As I looked at the sun, I could clearly see wavy rays eminating from the sun & radiating out all the way almost to earth. They were varied colors, I remember blue most prominently, with reds & purples also. Was exhilerating& I found I could keep looking without having to blink. I felt electric currents of energy running thru
my body & a joyful ectasy took me over. I still feel it now as I write.
Am on my way now, hoping to see that again. It was cloudy Thursday & I was too late Friday, the sun was too low.
Wonder of anyone else has experienced this, it was so healing & I felt that each ray was giving me big packets of love & joy.

Sun gazing
I hope you are doing that within 1 hour of sunset. At that time the harmful effects are nil. I have slowly upped sun gazing to 9.5 minutes at a time. I have noted zero damage from this practice. Here is a thing you can try next time you are enjoying the light show that is suggested by some who practice this a lot. When you are done, close your eyes and keep them closed until the fantastic and changing light show on the inside of your eyelids subsides. Have fun. ♥
Solar rays of LOVE...
While I have not been sungazing, I have noticed a great increase in FEELLING peace, love, and joy since the Venus transit on June 5. Life here in rural Western new Mexico shimmers!

And Ron, I do close my eyes & relish the light show that plays for quite a while after, I imagine the light zinging thru my pineal gland & cleaning it out. Thanks for your suggestions.

Yes. Yes. Yes! I was highly aware of the sunlight being different. My mom and I were out working in the garden and she was excited and a bit freaked- her skin was showing so much white. her skin tone was way off. Thinking I needed to get her in, I started to look at my skin tone, the colors of my clothes...yes it's the new colors we have been hearing about. I've noticed this off and on last year but it is much more prevalent now. how exciting is that!
Last winter I dreamt of all the new colors that were coming in. When I woke I tried to duplicate them but there was no color scale that would duplicate it. It's really still quite hard to explain.

Holy cow! I had to come back
Holy cow! I had to come back and tell you I just saw Madagascar 3 movie. Loaded with new colors! It was amazing!! And I teared up at the end from joy :)
