No one answers this phone number and you can't even leave a message. Is there a e-mail address or another phone number to call to do something about this?

If you have Facebook, post the video..that is what I did. Maybe, it will teach/enlighten the "cop" what he did was wrong. Sometimes when we see our own actions without being in the middle of it, we can see from another perspective.

I have posted this on facebook and I have also posted the phone number and message of the name of the cop that did this. My thinking is we all need to post the contact information and encourage people to call and show the NYPD that people are paying attention to what is going on.
