certainly will need to occur first, in order to remove enough of the mental & spiritual shackles of the public at large to allow for Full Galactic Disclosure.
Bottom line, though, this is VERY GOOD NEWS.

I have noticed since the 4th of this month I have not seen a chem trail since between portland and seattle. I swear by it. Why I am not sure. But it is odd.
