The "do not click" guy is lying
All the site adress needs to have is "whitehouse.gov" in the beginning and then whatever is written after still links you to the authentic White House site. As you can see, that is what is written as the beginning of the website adress. The one posting that it is spam is obviously being paid by the very ones who are trying to stop the financial and legal changes from happenning.
