When one first glimpses the photos below, they’re struck with a profound sense of awe and wonder. Surely, such a tribe couldn’t exist – one that naps with reindeer and trains wolves to hunt for them, right?

Well, modern man in his limited thought might not be able to conjure such a way of living, but to the Dukha people in Mongolia, such is a well-accepted way of life.

As The Plaid Zebra shares, the nomadic Dukha people of Northern Mongolia share a fascinating connection with the region’s animals and landscape. Embracing the rugged terrain, they’ve made a life herding and riding reindeer, training wolves, and teaching golden eagles to hunt for their clan.

As the photos captured by photographer and researcher Hamid Sardar-Afhami convey, they have a lot – in spirit and in health – to show for such efforts.

God said:

Somewhere within you is Love Unsullied. Somewhere within you is Compassion Incarnate. Somewhere within you is the Song I Sing. God is your Parent. I am the Oak Tree from which you grow.

I do not speak of hope or possibility. I speak of certainty. I am speaking of Divine Truth. No matter who you are or what you have done, you have all of My Divinity. You are My Divinity. No matter how opposite you may appear, within you lies the Realization of God. Well, what did you think the meaning of Oneness was?

Don’t you think it’s sad that so many people suffer from poverty, homelessness, unemployment, addiction and socioeconomic disadvantage in general? What about the fact that the majority of us haven’t found real peace in life because we’re all fighting to survive in a world which actually has more than enough resources for everybody? We find it sad, especially because all of these issues are either created or amplified by the ‘economic’ and ‘social’ systems that we have designed for the people of earth.

First, we need to change the way that we economize our global society because the suffering it causes is evidently pandemic, especially the boom/bust cycles that screw the livelihoods of the people whilst the rich get richer at everyone else’s expense. Simply, this transformation is fundamental to the future health, prosperity and vitality of our people. To evolve it will no doubt be a challenging and complex process, but that needn’t stop us; we are now at the ideal stage to deeply consider the ways we could collectively move forward.

It was 1968 when the late Dolores Cannon’s life would take an unimaginable turn.

At the time, 37-year-old Dolores was living out of a Texas naval base with her husband and three children, leading the typical navy wife life. But her ordinary days would soon shift when a resident doctor asked Dolores and her husband if they could assist him in implementing a cutting-edge therapy on one of his patients, to which they curiously agreed.

The female patient suffered from Nervous Eating Disorder and kidney problems, and the doctor thought hypnosis would be an effective method in helping her relax. But something strange happened midway through the session, the woman began describing a past life in which she was a flapper dancer, living out of Chicago during the roaring 1920’s. Remarkably, Dolores watched as the woman transformed into someone else – voice, mannerisms and all. This would be her first taste of past life regression, a field of therapy completely uncharted at the time.

To be more precise, the power of documented words when activated verbally and fulfilled with intention.

Words and Water

Your first thought on this subject probably goes in the direction of the late Dr. Masaru Emoto, and why not. His extensive research clearly demonstrates when written and spoken words are applied to glass jars containing water, the molecular structure is altered. He would flash freeze samples enabling him to examine the variations under a microscope. Later tests with rice in water were visible. When one jar with words attached like peace, happiness, joy and I love you, were compared to a jar with words like bad, horrible, disgusting and I hate you, the loving jar of rice in water would remain clear and pure for a long duration, whilst the jar with I hate you, would rapidly change color and decay.

My personal favorite is cutting a freshly picked apple in half and placing the two pieces in separate glass jars, again using the written words followed by a daily verbal citation of the words. One half of the apple stays fresh whilst the other half decomposes quickly.

Researcher and neuroscientist at Harvard, Sara Lazar, have found that your brain structure changes noticeably after less than 8 weeks of meditation. They saw no changes in the control group.

Meditation has been found to increase the brain size – larger volumes of grey matter specifically – in the right orbito-frontal cortex, left temporal gyrus and significantly larger volumes in the right hippocampus.

These areas are especially important in tasks associated with attention, emotional regulation and mental flexibility.

Meditation has also been found to decrease the size of the amygdala. The amygdala is associated with fear and stress responses.
