“We arrive on to this planet empty handed. We will all soon leave empty handed. So then, how do we want to spend the time in between?”

These are the words of Nimesh “Nimo” Patel, recording artist, founder of Empty Hands Music and all-around love warrior. In a world filled with hatred, anger, injustice and violence, Nimo has taken the path less traveled, spreading a message of compassion, gratitude and kindness in action through his music.

This is his story.

A Wake-Up Call

It’s a well-known fact that dolphins are one of the most intelligent species on our planet. Previous research has shown that these marine mammals have a human-like intelligence and are even capable of comprehending symbols and abstract concepts.

It also has been long known that dolphins, as well as some other animals, use echolocation (or so-called biological sonar) for the orientation in space – they emit sounds of high frequencies, such as click and whistles, to navigate and locate the objects. Dolphins are also believed to have a ‘language’ of their own and to use sound to communicate their physical and emotional state.

A new study at Emory University reveals something interesting about dolphin brains and their unique auditory processing ability.

There’s no doubt about it: actions speak louder than words. However words also speak loudly when intimately bonded with actions. Otherwise they remain empty.

If we remain aloof from full engagement our words simply become a commentary on life. And a commentator is one who normally views action as something ‘on the outside’ , thereby feeling disengaged from it. The time for detachedly commentating – or commenting – on the various degrees of global oppression and struggling emancipation – must surely be over.

No one who takes the pulse of mother Earth can fail to recognise that she has a fever – a severe fever. Now if a doctor takes one’s pulse and finds one is running a fever, he or she will prescribe something to lessen it. Not necessarily the right thing of course, but nevertheless action will be be taken to try to alleviate the problem.

So why do so many feel that it is enough just to recognise the symptoms, but take no part in prescribing a cure?

Dear Ones, if you find yourself in a situation that is uncomfortable or not an energetic match to who you are, we urge you to simply and lovingly redirect yourselves. So many of you have a habit of berating yourselves for a perceived lack of perfection, which only amplifies and perpetuates being out of your highest alignment.

Your perfection is not contingent on never making a mistake. Your perfection is your birthright, exactly as you are, as an individuated aspect of Source energy. Your experiences, regardless of whether you consider them to be right or wrong, good or bad, are all designed to help you further know that innate perfection that is you.

So, just as you would gently guide a child who is learning by experience, we ask that you apply the same to yourselves, in honour of who you truly are and all that you are doing. If you are loved unconditionally by an entire universe, is it not time to give yourself that same love without condition? Interestingly, once you do, you will find yourself staying in the energies you prefer much more consistently than ever before. ~Archangel Gabriel

Sending Unconditional Love to a challenging situation or person does not negate your boundaries.  It is perfectly within your right, as a human, to state whether you are comfortable or uncomfortable in any given moment.  You know you better than any other on the face of your planet.  Treat yourself with dignity, respect, love and caring…..once that is in place, the rest will follow accordingly. ~ Creator

It’s important to remember that when we each enter this world, the first thing we do is inhale and before we leave this life, the last thing we do is exhale. Life, if you think about it, is one continuous series of breaths.

God said:

For those of you who are feeling low energy, this feeling is temporary. There is a tendency for My children to take on what occurs as forever or fatal. The only thing forever is Oneness, or We can say Love, Life, and Oneness. We can add the words Vastness, Joy, Happy Heart, Soul. Anything else is temporary. It is temporarily perceived. Anything that is not Love, Life, Oneness, Vastness, Joy, Happy Heart and Soul may well be perceived, yet it is all a big bluff.

You hold the good cards, beloveds. You just don’t quite see what you hold in your hands as yet. There is no losing in the card game called Life. We could say everyone wins. We could say no one can lose. That which is Real cannot be lost. The stories you live are dramatic, no doubt. They are serious and comic. The stories of all kinds are simply: Ado about nothing.

Yet nothing is something to you. Nothing is a lot of something to you. This is not an accusation. It is a statement of fact, for this is how the world sees. Of course, this is the appearance of life in the world.

Life as you know it is a picture show. Picture show used to be an expression used for movies, yet moving pictures took over. Commonality made the choice. The expression picture show implies a still photo, whereas movies indicate pictures moving.
