Looking up at the stars can lead us to two very profound realisations about our existence on planet Earth. On one hand, we realise how minute we are in human form within this immense expanse of Universe. On the other, there is the deep knowledge that everything and everyone are inextricably linked by the same Universal Consciousness. It follows that, by living from the soul, we have the potential to create a beautiful world through our thoughts and actions. I once overheard someone speculate that “there is only one way to heal the world, and that’s Love”. I concur. However, Love is an enormous concept and takes many forms. Here are fifteen ways in which we can manifest it and begin to heal the world.

1. Redefine Prosperity

The first step towards living from the soul is to recognise the abundance of prosperity in our lives. Prosperity is not just about material wealth and gain. We can be prosperous in quality time, in talents, relationships, creativity, freedom, health and emotional wellbeing. Sadly, many of these free and wonderful gifts are sacrificed in pursuit of prosperity in its most fragile form. Realising the abundance of gifts we already have in our lives nurtures gratitude through which we manifest great Love for the choices we make.f

Healthy boundaries facilitate empowerment rather than rescuing. One supports authentic power, the other perpetuates victim consciousness. It is perfectly appropriate and beautiful to help one another, in fact, we love you for your tender hearts and caring nature! We just urge you to make sure it is for the greatest good of all involved.

A good rule of thumb is to make sure that you never become more invested in another’s wellness than they are in their own, and to never become more invested in another’s wellness than you are in your own. Support and encouragement uplift, while rescuing or doing for others, what they can very well do for themselves, reinforces the illusion of their powerlessness.

Feeling sorry for yourself supports the idea of being a victim. There is more to life than being a victor or a victim. One of two ways is not the way to look at life. Life is not a question of Mine or thine. Life is not a question of kill or be killed. Life is not a question of right or wrong. Life usually isn’t so clear as a Yes or a No. Alas, what are opposites but judgment whether of another or yourself? There is no scale sensitive enough to weigh wonderfulness or lack of wonderfulness.

Either/or exists in life in the world. In the world, something is or it is not. In Truth, there are ripples of opportunity. Either/or is fiction. Between black and white, there are many shades of color. This is where understanding comes into the picture.

Good and bad are not so structured as the world would have them. What is mercy but seeing more possibilities? What is understanding but understanding greater than opposites? That which is called wrong action – what is it but misunderstanding or lack of understanding? In the darkness of viewpoint, it is so easy to mistake a tree for a goblin.

It is better to include than exclude. Whenever you feel yourself dismissing someone or something, pause and think again how this serves you, the seeming other, and the world. Or does it serve judgment?

There is intention. You do not always see what another intends. Another is not always himself aware of what he intends.
