1. Connect with nature – Go for a walk in the forest, jungle, field of daisies, or wherever you feel like getting a connection with nature. It is possible to feel at deep sense of peace and oneness when you attempt to connect with nature. As you learn to connect and appreciate nature, you allow your consciousness to rise up.

2. Get your body moving – Exercise and dancing will raise your consciousness by promoting healthy brainwave patterns, healthy neurotransmitter levels, and great circulation throughout your nervous system. Help yourself rise up and break the pattern of not exercising by going for a friendly walk with one of your friends or even going to the club to dance. Both examples are: easy, fun, and empowering.

Dear Ones, the energy of love is the greatest healer of all. Since love is a stream that is always available to you, you are all great healers, too. If you are seeking healing for any issue, turn that love on and point it at yourself until you are completely sated. Love has the capability to transform any situation! The evolution of consciousness is being felt all over the planet. As it does, the third dimensional belief systems or “truths” are dropping away to make room for a whole new crop of “truths” that resonate with the fifth dimension consciousness.

In third dimension we experience what is known as “duality consciousness.” The mind, which is what we are identified with in third dimension, is divisive in nature. It is in this realm of consciousness that we find “me vs. them” scenarios, “right vs. wrong”, “good vs. bad”, etc… The mind lives in judgments and comparisons, therefore it must label each thing, person, situation as one or the other.

In the midst of today, will you think of Me? What will you think about in regard to Me? Will you be asking Me to do something for you, to ease your way, to lighten your load, to send you your true love and make all your dreams come true?

Or, before you begin, are you convinced that I am not devoted to you and will not ever give you what you desire? If this is the case, there is a misunderstanding here as to what We are to each other, the way Our relationship is mostly considered in the world. Are you not considered the one in need and I, the One to fill your needs and do your will, and if I do not, then I am remiss and have let you down?

Dear Ones, I am not opposed to your will. I don’t toss a coin. I don’t look for you to be disappointed. There is a bigger picture I see that you do not see. This is how it is in the world.

You understand that I can do anything, yet there is more to consider than your desire alone. You look for explanations sometimes as though I’m supposed to be under your thumb and report to you for your approval or disapproval. We really can’t discuss what you may see as a verdict against you. We don’t get anywhere. It is as if We speak different languages. Often you do not understand Mine. Do you think I don’t understand you? Do you think I cast you aside?

When you visit the websites for leading pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Novartis, you’ll find mission statements that will feed you with inspiring goals such as “improve health and well-being,” “provide access to safe, effective and affordable medicines,” and “to prevent and cure diseases, to ease suffering and to enhance the quality of life.”

Who still believes this? Let’s keep it straight: major pharmaceutical companies are in the business of dealing drugs and making money. Here’s some food for thought that might make you question the credibility of pharmaceutical companies.

As California lawmakers decide if resident ‘water wasters’ should face jail time as a drought strikes the state, water agencies are busy working on higher rates and fees to penalize individual residents.
