Lucid dreams are the dreams in which you are conscious that you are dreaming. Such dreams are usually very clear and give a great sense of freedom. Although we all get a few lucid dreams in a life time, one can cultivate the ability to lucid dream and become a lucid dreamer on a regular basis. Dreams, and the ancient Art of Dreaming is a Royal road to self knowledge. The art and science of lucid dreaming was an important part of the culture of old civilizations and still is practiced in many tribal societies. All the prophets were lucid dreamers and you too can become lucid in your dreams. It is a skill that can be learned and developed, just like any skill.

In ancient China, people had very little knowledge of electricity. They only knew from acupuncture that when a needle was inserted into the acupuncture cavities, some kind of energy other than heat was produced which often caused a shocking or a tickling sensation. It was not until the last few decades, when the Chinese people were more acquainted with electromagnetic science, that they began to recognize that this energy circulating in the body, which they called Qi, might be the same thing as what today’s science calls “bioelectricity.”

Dolphins are one of the most amazing and intelligent animal species on the planet. Their playful nature, friendly behavior and remarkable intelligence make people all over the world adore them. Moreover, it appears that dolphins demonstrate skills and awareness previously attributed only to humans.

HUMAN-LIKE INTELLIGENCE

Scientists at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia in the US, used MRI scanners to map the brains of dolphins and then compared the received data with that of other intelligent mammals, particularly primates. The scans showed that dolphin brains are up to five times larger for their body size compared to other animals of similar size. At the same time, their neocortex, a part of the brain responsible for higher thinking and emotion processing, was particularly large.

A few years ago, Bisphenol A, or BPA, came under fire. BPA is a carbon-based synthetic compound belonging to a group of diphenylmethane derivatives. It’s often employed to make certain types of plastics and epoxy resins. It’s no secret that consuming BPA is terrible for you. The first evidence that it may cause harm to your health came from a study conducted 85 years ago. Over the decades, BPA was tied to obesity, neurological disorders, endocrine disruption, estrogenicity and other problems. And so the public rightfully demanded BPA-free products, like water bottles and cans.

But the go-to chemical to replace BPA in plastic might be just as harmful, if not more so, than BPA itself. Or at least according to a study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

When you are in a state of meditation or quiet visualization, you are in a very powerful place. Meditation is a flow, an entering into a space where you experience instant manifestation. You imagine an apple, you instantaneously have an apple. You never doubt you can have what you imagine, you simply experience it with no delay. You also know if you try something and it isn’t what you want after all, you can simply create again. There is no doubt, no hesitation, no procrastination, no fear.

When you are in that meditative state, you are also in the flow of creation. You are using your imagination which is such a powerful tool for your highest experiences. You are in a place of time distortion which is always a wonderful indication that you have been connected to the energies of Source. It is placing yourself in a space where all kinds of inspiration can occur. You feel peaceful, loved, and supported to experience yourself however you please.

When we recommend you live your life from a place of surrender, flow, and intention, we are giving you advice that will allow you to experience your life like a waking, walking meditation. You will experience a very similar ease in your day to day life as you do in that meditative state, but with conscious awareness. As your energies continue to accelerate, you will find that what you manifest is happening in shorter and shorter time. You are already finding time to feel distorted, and feeling magic seeping into your waking life more and more.

MIRROR EXERCISE   Greetings, dear one. We are happy to be of service as you wander throughout the universe seeking to find joy and happiness in all things. Today we wish to invite you to take a journey with us.

Get comfortable on your magic carpet, visualizing a place you find to be serene. Take a few moments to unwind by breathing in and out while relaxing all your muscles. Before you begin, mentally push the “off” button on your left-brain, placing it on auto restart when you return to your normal active brain state.

Our journey today will be to explore the universe that lies within you. There are many challenges you are facing as you reach towards your goal of happiness and peace. Let us drift inside these spaces for a while, simply gifting yourself with love and assurance that all is well.

As you allow your mind to drift, focus only on love. Perhaps you will visualize your Guides meeting you and holding you in their etheric arms. In whatever way you choose, focus on loving every part of your Being. Do not try to focus on anything specific, just send unconditional love through your whole Being on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Fill your heart with gratitude for all the support you receive from those in the physical realm as well as the unseen Realms. Bask in the love that returns to you. Stay in this space for as long as you wish.
