Your heart is not meant to be kept under wraps, shy-like in a corner. Your heart is not a pet rabbit  that you only let out sometimes and under guard. Your heart is not meant to stay in the bush, watchful as it nibbles on a carrot. Your heart is not meant to be kept in an envelope that you open later. Your heart is meant to be like the bright sun, ever shining on the world.
 
Your heart is not on a fool’s errand. Your heart is meant to do what hearts do, and that is to love. Now, love is not a show. Love is not a deed, although a deed may reveal love certainly. Love itself is not an action. It is an ever-present presence. Love is Being. It is a State of Existence. Love is Myself reflected in you.
 
Everyone has the full power of Being within and, therefore, love. No exceptions. Some of My children allow more of their Being (My Being) to shine. Some hoard it within for safe-keeping. That is the same as keeping your heart prisoner.
 
Of course, I encourage you to love yourself. Value yourself enough so that you can let go of all-consuming love for yourself. When you truly love yourself, you don’t have to think about loving yourself any longer. When you truly love yourself, you are on automatic, as it were. You are simply love without thinking about it.
 

AVATAR TRAINING   Within you lies all answers to any problem or situation you encounter. Know that you need no one to tell you what to do, or what is best for you. Trust your intuition and inner guidance. We are all here to help and support one another, but the ultimate choice of what is best for you in the moment, has much to do with the preferences you choose to experience. The best solutions may be tainted by fears and belief codes that keep you blocked from making choices that bring you joy. Clear these blocks on a daily basis, connect with higher guidance and choose what feels best for you. If it is ascension or an evolution to higher frequencies of love you wish to experience, then make choices that bring joy to your soul. Be kind to others in all situations and go within daily to keep yourself balanced in all areas of your life. Live life to the fullest, for it is fleeting and the time is moving rapidly to when you will no longer reside on Earth in physical form. Lighten up by releasing anything that burdens you physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Once complete, you will live the life of an Avatar, always at ease in every moment of your existence. The concerns of the past and future will melt away, being only fleeting moments of recall that has nothing to do with what you choose in this moment. When you stay present in the moment, you will have no concern for past deeds or misdeeds. You will be aware that your future is secured by the choices you make in the present moment.

When it comes to finding happiness, many of us seem to be looking for it in all the wrong places, wasting time and energy, not realizing that the root of happiness is within each and every one of us, in our hearts. Allowing ourselves to experience genuine happiness is to become happiness, it is wanting happiness to be a part our lives with all our hearts and being open to receiving it no matter what form it might take.

HJ: Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotional tools we have in our arsenal as creator beings.  Simply because what you resonate with you attract more of into your life.  Emotions are energy in motion and gratitude is giving positive energy towards what it is that you enjoy and love.  Happiness begets happiness.  Abundance begets abundance.  Love begets love.  And gratitude gets you into a place of love, happiness and abundance powerfully and quickly.

To really get the most out your gratitude practice, add it into your daily routine as much as possible.

Here is a suggestion:  upon waking in the morning, at every meal and just before going to bed at night.  That’s five times in one day.  Powerful stuff, to be sure.

Life is rarely perfect, but it’s always pretty darn good.

There are lingering thoughts, much like fingertips that trill over the piano keys lightly, and you hear them. These lingering thoughts could be like reverie that you hear in the background.
 
There are also thundering thoughts playing like an orchestra made up of bassoons. All the musical instruments of life, you play. You play the violin. You play instruments you have never even heard of, ancient instruments, instruments from other lands you have no recollection of that are yet deep in your heart and rising DNA.
 
You are made of all these notes and their instruments and the variations thereof. Of course, you are made of these. You are made of sound. You are a musician of life, and your moods reflect in the music you play and float up and down and around like cigarette smoke. And, sometimes, when you make music, you soar. At these times, your arms become angel wings, so heightened and Heaven-borne are your arms lifting on this music you are hardly aware that you play.
