Where is it hiding?  Where does the reluctance to release lie?  How has your day to day functioning been affected by that reluctance?  The Universe asks you daily to let go of what you can and work on the rest but, when the purging of old emotion places you in a position of stagnation, internal battles may begin to arise and wars have their beginnings in unresolved battles.

Sometimes, what The Universe designed to be easy is not so easy after all.  Do not beat yourself up over this, dear one!  Having a conscious realization is the first step to moving forward in truth and love.  If you need it, ask for assistance.  It always has and always will be available to you. ~ Creator

We understand that times where there is no tangible movement can be challenging, so we wish to offer you an example that will make it much easier to understand.

Think of a woman in labour. There is a pattern that consists of both concentrated forward movement (the action or pushing phase), as well as breaks in between (the lull or rest phase). There has never been a woman who has complained about the lull between contractions! Instead it is gratefully embraced as a break from the intensity that gives her a chance to catch her breath and prepare for the next wave of movement.

Childbirth is one of the most accelerated examples of lull and flow you can observe on your planet. It allows you to see the purpose of both phases and how they work beautifully together to prepare you for physical manifestation. Embrace your lulls! After this past week’s shenanigans, it is time to give your Self a bit of a break.  If you are feeling drained or empty, take a moment to realize what you have just released!  Huge amounts of your old stuff has left, never to return and it is a glorious feeling, is it not? (Smiling)

The Universe knows these shifts can be challenging for the body, mind and spirit but, The Universe also knows you are completely up to the task of continuing forward into safer, softer, more peaceful spaces.  Every change you make, everything you release to be transformed to unconditional love adds to the beautiful new world you are building for yourself and future generations.  Allow yourself to rest, dear one, you are very worthy and deserving of it. ~ Creator

Everything goes in cycles, and each cycle contains elements that serve you well for whichever energetic phase you are in. There is great wisdom in opening up and embracing whatever phase you are in with appreciation, faith, and trust, for by doing so you will harness its benefits with the utmost grace and ease.

Change and expansion are the nature of the universe. Know that each phase only lasts exactly as long as it serves you, not one moment longer. If you can take a broader perspective, you will understand that each perfectly prepares you for the next, and combined they create a model for wonderful, supported, and balanced forward movement.

Oh dearest child; it is time to take a huge, deep breath and a step back to re-assess and re-group.  The energies presenting themselves are really stirring the pot, bringing up things you have not felt in quite some time.  The path you are on may feel a bit bumpy, challenging to navigate, and making more than a few of you say, “Again?!  I don’t know if I have the strength to do this!”

The Universe will offer this gentle reminder…you have always been strong enough.  Even in your weakest moments, the deep well existing within will always provide you with enough.  It is time to pick yourself up, dust off and continue.  Do your best and know that you will move through this with great aplomb, coming out the other side a bit brighter and with more confidence than you have ever had before. ~ Creator
