While it can seem chaotic, it is doing you a profound service, for it is making you seek out the stillness within and your inner knowing – to be heart-centred and proceed from there. It is all unfolding to bring you back to your heart, time and again, because that is your most empowered place to navigate from. Now that the energy rush of the past few days has lessened a bit, it is time to begin practicing with your new ‘wings’. We were recently asked how to move out of guilt and shame. We wish to address this today.

Guilt and shame are energies that come from being in profound resistance to yourself or a choice you have made. They indicate that from your current perspective you wish that you could be, or could have been better. The problem is, because guilt and shame are such low vibrating energies, they make it difficult to shift into the higher expression of self you wish to embody.

If you are feeling guilt or shame from actions or choices in the past, it indicates that you have had an experience that is not how you wish to express yourself. This is wonderful news! You have learned and wish to redefine yourself. This experience has led to your expansion, and can, if you allow it to, help you show up in in a new, improved version of self. But you cannot find that new version of self while sitting in guilt and shame. You must use it as a springboard to move you up and out of that energy into a better match to who you really are and how you wish to express yourself from your new wiser vantage point.

Beloved, good morning! In the world at large, there are choices open to you and many ways to go and doors to open and to walk through. When you get down to it, there are, by far, more unending embracing ways of life left open to you beyond the tightly drawn tale of The Lady or the Tiger.

God is more than two ways. God has resources up His sleeves. God knows no limits. Nor do I want you setting up limits either.

With all this light and love, why are you not using it?!  Your human existence and the reason you chose to be here for this auspicious event may still be somewhat unknown to you, however, the light and love at your command is there to help you through.  You are enough, you always have been.  It is time for you to begin feeling it! ~ Creator
