5 Foods & Spices That Can Prevent & Help Treat Diseases
by Alex Erickson, Collective Evolution
We are living in a day and age where the pharmaceutical companies continue to dupe us into believing we need to ingest synthetic medications in order to get better. But did you ever stop to consider that perhaps the best medicine is prevention? Eating whole, organic foods has been found to result in better overall health, keeping a variety of conditions and diseases at bay. But as we all know, sometimes, no matter how good we think we are to our bodies, situations arise that affect our health.
Plenty of foods and spices serve as powerful medicines both in terms of prevention as well as healing. Used in ancient medicine long before money became the driving force that led an industry to control our wellbeing, they are buried beneath the advertisements and marketing campaigns of pharmaceutical giants, waiting for you to realize their true, beneficial properties. And while they may not be patented, or have multi-billion dollar human clinical trials to prove they can prevent and treat your ailments, they humbly exist nonetheless.
Daily Message ~ Wednesday March 16, 2016
Dear Ones, you are in a time of energetic trial and error right now. You are going to try things that used to work, and find that they simply will not work any longer. This is wonderful news! This is proof of the evolution that is going on right before your very eyes.
We understand that many of you are so very diligent you find it particularly distressing if you make a “mistake”. We suggest you take the pressure off yourselves immediately and exchange the need for perfection with the idea that you are in the midst of experimentation.
Experimentation comes with the understanding that many things you try may not work, but you are still focused on forward movement. It is a far more easy going approach that is far less pressured and less dependant upon perfection.
Experimentation is much like first trying to put together a puzzle. You understand you will try many pieces until you find the magical combination that comes together with ease. You know you will create a thing of beauty, one piece at a time, and that beautiful result is indeed the highest potential of all the different pieces you have to work with.
So be easy with yourselves. Feel free to try new things, or to try old things in new ways. Understand it is a process of unfoldment, not something you need to master and perfect your first try. It is through letting go of what does not work that you can discover what does, and that is all part of the excitement of playing in brand new combinations of energies you have never experienced before. ~Archangel Gabriel

6 Reasons Sleeping Naked Is Good For Your Health
by Alexa Erickson, Collective Evolution
Society requires us to cover up, some cultures more than others. We are so used to wearing clothes throughout the day that it almost feels odd when we shed our layers once we get home. One sleep survey found that a mere 8 percent of Americans snooze in the buff, making it surprising to many to learn that sleeping without the confines of clothing can offer a variety of health benefits.
From the many studies to the personal experience, we already know the importance of getting a good night’s sleep on a regular basis, but why not round out your rest with the added bonus of sleeping naked? Here are six benefits of baring it all in the name of health:

Why Do Americans Consume 80 Percent Of All Prescription Painkillers?
Michael Snyder, Guest
Waking Times
If Americans are so happy, then why do we consume 80 percent of the entire global supply of prescription painkillers? Less than 5 percent of the world’s population lives in this country, and yet we buy four-fifths of these highly addictive drugs. In the United States today, approximately 4.7 million Americans are addicted to prescription pain relievers, and that represents about a 300 percent increase since 1999. If you personally know someone who is suffering from this addiction, then you probably already know how immensely destructive these drugs can be. Someone who was formally living a very healthy and normal life can be reduced to a total basket case within a matter of weeks.
And of course many don’t make it back at all. According to the CDC, more than 28,000 Americans died from opioid overdoses in 2014. Incredibly, those deaths represented 60 percent of all drug overdose deaths in the United States for that year…
God Has No Gated Communities
God said:
Be quick to say Yes to helping others whether you like the people or not. Any other person is you yourself to the core. In truth, everyone at your door is you.
Don't be so quick to put love aside because of what you imagine is self-interest. You might willfully allow your heart to die on the vine as you turn your back on another version of yourself. It is yourself you can turn your back on.
Why would I, God, listen to world news? I have My own ear to the ground. I have a version of life different from yours and different from the version the world at large itself portrays. The biggest difference between the world and Me is that the world tends to live by fear while I choose to live by love. I banish no one. I don't jump to conclusions. I do not slam doors. I open hearts. I bless. I welcome.
I offer refuge. I do not pick and choose, even as you may think I sometimes discriminate against you.
I do not make up rules and procedures. If someone needs admittance, I give admittance. If someone needs help, I give help. If someone needs hope, I give hope. I set no limits. I do not say that only people who look like me can come into My gated community. I have no gated communities.
I do not make up or conclude fear stories of all the detrimental things that could happen. When people flee for their lives, I let them in. I do not see that they are a danger to Me. I offer them a room in My inn. I am not exclusive. I am inclusive.

The Incredible Science Of Precognitive Dreaming
The world of dreams is a mystery to all. We dream every night when we go to sleep, though sometimes we remember our dreams and sometimes we do not. It can be a lot of fun to relay your dreams to friends and coworkers the next day, but often their significance is only perceptible to yourself and you end up boring your audience with a long, drawn-out recall of the previous night’s adventures.
Have you ever woken up from a dream so real that you were overcome with whatever emotion had been triggered in the dream, such as sadness, anger, bliss, or excitement? How about waking up with a huge sigh of relief that it was only a dream? Dreams can seem so real to our minds that our bodies actually respond as if they were.

Triggers
My dearest child; there will be days when you come face to face with your ‘triggers’. As unpleasant as they can be it is important for you to remain in the moment, to identify and understand them. Whether it be the way someone speaks to you, a sight or smell, they have been placed there (and you draw them to you) to practice self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others. Rather than responding immediately, take a breath and a moment to see it for what it truly is….a beautiful moment of growth. ~ Creator
