Movement and lulls are part of the process of progress. One is not more right than the other, as both hold very specific gifts for you. It is you that assigns your perception of right or wrong from your limited vantage point. The second you make anything wrong, you enter into resistance, which will only stall your progress and make you feel more uncomfortable.

Most people do better with movement than lulls because in a movement phase progress is tangible. But the movement phase cannot occur without the lull. You see, during the times of quiet there are energetic shifts that occur that are necessary for the next phase. The lull is what prepares you for action! If you become resistant during this phase it becomes much more difficult for you to integrate the energies that are essential for the next round of movement. You cannot resist and accept at the same time.

Dear Ones, allow us to reassure you that nothing is ever wrong! There is always, always purpose to everything you experience. The way to find greater comfort and satisfaction is to fully embrace whatever energies are presenting. The act of complete and total acceptance allows you to fully harness the gifts of any stage and to move with the flow willingly and beautifully. When you turn a light switch on, darkness is eliminated. When you turn the light switch off, the darkness returns. It is the same within your electrical system. You cannot have both the dark and the light running at the same time. Your circuitry is designed to let light flow through every cell in your body. When you focus on the darkness inside yourself and others, you attract more of that energy to you.

If you wish to have a life filled with love and joy, then place your attention there, every moment. Each moment that you focus your attention on the shadows, you will draw more of them to you. For this reason, it is imperative to find the areas that block your circuitry and to take the necessary actions to get the lights turned on again.

Take time to go inside today and bless your shadows. Release the dark shadows that no longer serve you. Turn your heart light on and go forth enjoying each moment with a heart filled with love and gratitude. A helpful tip if you are looking to have more profound experiences through meditation – use something to cover your eyes. The act of covering the physical eyes (it doesn’t matter what you use but preferably something you do not need to hold in place) sends a clear message to the brain that it is necessary to start looking another way, with your psychic sight. Covering the eyes, especially with something that adds a comfortable weight like a rolled up towel, can also deepen your experience of relaxation. Indeed, life on Earth is an experience. You are supposed to experience. You are here to go higher and higher. Life will prod you one way or another.

You may say you desire adventure, yet you may rather desire to stay the same in an imagined comfort zone. This is a way you can keep life at a distance from you. You would rather keep life at bay. Some day you will live life heart and soul, yet, right now, you might like to keep everything in life in a corner, shuffled over to the side, not to get in the way of what you presently think is good for you.

You may tremble at the idea of living life. You may hardly dare venture out. Understand Me. I am not saying you must be the Life of the Party. I do not say your life must be riotous or that you must lead a parade. You don’t have to be a great extrovert. You do not have to be a great handshaker, unless that is who you are. When you are as you are and are not trying to be a different picture of your Self, you keep your life and your heart together.

We seek bliss continually, constantly craving and desiring, because we – with our coming into existence on this gorgeous blue planet – inherit a programming of our minds that leads us to believe that we have to leave our natural, universal connection, and plug into the man-made systems in order to achieve bliss. I’ll give you a few examples: Ever heard of somebody chasing higher levels of success, the one true love, more money, a perfect body, or a bigger house in the pursuit of happiness, only to discover that the sense of relief and joy they were seeking did not set in?

Our falling hook, line, and sinker for that programming is really the biggest scam on earth! It has made us dependent upon things that are, to put it frankly, completely and utterly undependable, at least for sustainable happiness. However, more than anything, and in my opinion, far worse, it has crippled our spiritual evolution. It can be phrased like this:

Trade in the happiness you already are for the chase of the watered-down, short-lived, dubious version made up by someone else.

One of the things I love about Carl Jung is the fact that he was a deep philosophical thinker who examined all aspects of the self when writing about the human experience. As you will see in the quotes below, Jung was clear on the notion that we are spiritual beings, and that having a spiritual relationship with oneself truly helps us to understand the deeper aspects of who we are.

To some, this idea translates to religion — to finding solace in the existence of something greater than yourself — but I believe this to be a fickle form of spirituality, and one that does not truly help a person get to the core of who they are (or, alternatively, who they are not).

The Supreme Court has refused to hear a petition concerning the Department of Homeland Security’s secretive internet and cellphone killswitch program.

(ANTIMEDIA) United States — On Monday the Supreme Court declined to hear a petition from the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) that sought to force the Department of Homeland Security to release details of a secret “killswitch” protocol to shut down cellphone and internet service during emergencies.

EPIC has been fighting since 2011 to release the details of the program, which is known as Standard Operating Procedure 303. EPIC writes, “On March 9, 2006, the National Communications System (‘NCS’) approved SOP 303, however it was never released to the public. This secret document codifies a ‘shutdown and restoration process for use by commercial and private wireless networks during national crisis.’”
