Your friends of the Ashtar Command wish to say to you at this time that we see the changes in your world spoken of so often taking shape and smoothly progressing each and every day as you approach a new era in your history. It will be so that your world experiences changes on a grand scale, and each and every one of your planet will experience wonderful upgrades and advancements to your lives. There will be no one left out in the cold, as all will be made available to each and every one of you that chooses a new way and a new experience.

Although it is true that there will be those of you who do not make this transition, we say to you that all those who wish to make this transition will successfully leave the old paradigm behind them. How this will all manifest is up to each and every one of you to think about and ponder for yourselves, as we feel it is important for you to utilize your imaginations and think about the many possibilities and the many different paths you as individuals and as a society can travel.

Two test participants of equal amounts of wealth traded an equal amount of wealth with each other. A person of your elitist class traded his wealth for the wealth of someone of less fortunate means. These types of experiments have been conducted in your world for many eons. What we have been attempting to do is to carefully study the motives and behavior of the human psyche development over the many long years of your journey through means of artificial stimuli, sometimes concerning monetary gains and losses, and sometimes other situations that have tested you and measured your growth and your development in many different ways.

We are not here to play games or meddle with your lives irresponsibly. We are here conducting serious scientific evaluations and experiments to better understand the being that is human, and to better prepare you for your advancement in becoming Galactic beings and a Galactic society as well. We do not wish to see any of you suffer unduly through such experiments, and each of you that has taken part in these experiments has given us your complete permission before any of these procedures are carried out. Never are any of you selected for such assignments without discussing in advance exactly what these experiments will entail and demonstrating your willingness to cooperate in these field tests. Each of you that has participated in these tests either have been or will be rewarded in one way or another, which has also been discussed with you and these terms were agreed upon by you prior to your participation in these experiments.

One day we would like to furnish you with a list of all the worlds and the races of beings that are here in cooperation with you at this time. There are a multitude of different worlds here assisting you and watching over you, and we would like for you to have a better understanding of who these are and who you are. You are a mix of many different star races and star worlds throughout this universe. You are not just one people in the sense that you come from one place in the universe. You are one race, the human race, but your genes are a special mix of many races who have formed an alliance to better handle universal political issues and sovereignties throughout the many different star systems that possess intelligent life.

It has been this way for many eons, where different beings from different parts of the universe have come together in peaceful cooperation to better themselves and the lives of others. This is the case here at this time on your planet, as many different races, worlds and star systems have combined their talents and their genes to create a race of beings who are a true representation of this great alliance of intelligent species. Each one of you is a cherished product of this great endeavor. Each one of you is loved, cared for and protected, as each one of you are a member of our family.

I just want you to know that no one who wishes to relocate from areas that we feel may be prone to some flooding will be left behind without our assistance and given every opportunity to relocate to areas we consider safe from any rising sea levels. You may help us help you by removing any doubts or fears that you may have that your lives may be in some kind of danger. Your lives are not in any kind of danger or perilous situation. Your lives are completely safe, and you possess the choice and all the power that you will need to ensure your individual safety as well as the safety of your families.

No one will be forced to relocate. We do not do this. We also will not leave anyone behind who wishes to accept our assistance. We also will not do this. Try to see this period in your history as a challenge and a test for you to measure how far you have come as a society, how much you have learned, and how far you have removed yourselves from the limiting emotion of fear. Do your best not to see the days ahead as doomsday or the end of the world, as this is not at all an accurate depiction of what lies before you.

You can look to the people of the arks for safety, and you can look at us for guidance and instruction of how to better prepare and how to proceed through the days ahead. We do not wish to see any harm or any undue inconvenience brought to you, and we have the technologies and the resources to allow each one of you to proceed smoothly through the transition ahead.

There is absolutely no reason to be nervous or fearful of the days ahead. There is absolutely nothing that we cannot handle together. When we share this kind of information with you we expect a certain level of fear to arise, but we also expect you to be able to handle this kind of matter and deal with it and make suitable choices that will lead you to the way you wish to experience your journey. What we do not want is any kind of panic at all, as this will not be conducive to a smooth and efficient procedure. Think back of your days in elementary school where you calmly and quietly practiced a fire drill over and over throughout the many grades. This is how we would like to proceed in the days ahead, and we do not say see any reason that the temporary relocations of certain areas around your world cannot proceed just like these fire drills you practiced so often as children.

We ask you at this time to sit back and wait for your family to signal you. We ask you to do this to enable yourselves to be able to be reached by us in the event that we have news for you, updates for you, or we wish for you to participate in a project with us. At this time, there are several projects that are prepared to get underway, and we ask all of you to remain vigilant and look and listen for our signal to you that we wish to communicate with you. There are those at this time who have heard us and understand just how they will be meeting with us and working with us. There are also some of you who we have tried to reach, but have not been able to do so. This was expected, as not all of you have developed your telepathic abilities to such a degree where you are able to pick up our subtle messages sent to you. Do not be upset by this, as nothing is going to pass you by and you will not be left out of anything as we will be in contact with you one way or another in the days ahead. There are many projects that you may participate in, and your abilities are needed and will be very much appreciated.

Despite some of the rumors you may have heard, the relocations of some individuals who currently live in certain areas that have shown themselves prone to flooding will be a very simple and easy procedure that will be concluded well before these areas become affected. We are here to assist with this procedure, and through our experience and advanced technologies this process will be completed smoothly and efficiently. There is absolutely nothing to be concerned about in this regard, and we will do all we can to make certain every individual who lives within these areas is given plenty of opportunity to relocate to the areas we consider safe. Through our advanced technologies, no one will have to rely on their own resources for this relocation. This is what we will offer, and it is up to each individual who lives within these areas to accept our assistance or to decline it.

Media channels receive their messages from channels who also receive messages sent to them from media channels as well. When this chain of information is broken for any reason, messages delivered through our channels to the people of your world are temporarily interrupted. This has been the case as of late here, as other pressing matters have superseded our regular duties of sending messages through this channel. Much is transpiring behind the scenes, and we wish you to know that here on our side we are very busy with last-minute details before a rush of activity begins in your world.

You can be always assured that we are here and we are always with you even if there are a few days where we cannot share our messages with you. There will not come a time when we were ever to leave you without our plans being fully explained to you. As we have said, we have been very busy finalizing details that will bring to your world the many changes we have often discussed with you. It is always quietest before the storm, and this rule certainly applies here. Be prepared for a flurry of activity to begin, and for all that we have discussed to now begin to take place.

As we have advised you all along, there is no need to fear as we have your well-being clearly in mind and we will make every effort possible to see that no harm comes to any of you. With great change often comes a certain level of turmoil and we do perceive this throughout these events, but we also see the people of your world handling very well these changes, and we are here to assist in our way see these changes proceed as smoothly as possible.
