God said:

What are the accumulated understandings I give to you again and again?

I say to let go of the past and past ideas. I say to open your heart. I say to be true to yourself - to be Who You Are, and so create joy and uplift the world. You are My heartfelt gift to the world.

Let’s review these concepts: Abandon the past. Open your heart the way the Sun greets the day. Be true to yourself. Be Who you are without fancy foot-work. Be your own counsel. To create is to recreate yourself and be new however long you shall live. There is another request. What is it? It will come back to Me later. Watch for it.

Be generous with all those you call others, for they are your very Self. Truth is far more than information. You already have more information than you know what to do with.

You can memorize information the way you would memorize poetry, and the vibration/consciousness/deep meaning may soak into you and reverberate within you.

When you first hear to be generous, when it is a new thought in your mind, and when it sparks an insight in your mind, you may think: “I didn’t know this. Now I get it. Yes, there has been an insight, and I realize the outreach of generosity.”

Now you think of generosity as a good thing, yet you may not have not fully realized this Truth. If you still have to ponder generosity, you have not yet realized it.

That your mind now grasps generosity as something favorable doesn’t yet mean that you automatically dip into this great reservoir within you. Old habits run deep.

Have you ever noticed that people who are professional singers, or the people around you who enjoy singing, are always in a euphoric mood? This is due to the incredible health benefits that singing offers. Here are five reasons that will make you play your favorite song and sing as if nobody’s listening.

When you sing you release the same hormones and chemicals that are released during sex, or when you eat chocolate – and you feel calm and relaxed. It releases endorphins which boost your energy and make you feel less lethargic.

Singing for a few minutes is like a well deserved workout for your lungs. Singing activates your abdominal, intercostal muscles and the diaphragm, all of which stimulate good circulation practices. It may sound like a headline from satirical site The Onion, but psychedelics expert Dr James Fadiman Ph.D is deadly serious. The respected scientist claims a small dose of LSD with your morning cereal can help you be more productive, effective, happier and creative, among other things.

Fadiman started looking into LSD’s effects on creativity back in the early Sixties, before the government made psychedelics illegal and stopped funding for scientific research. Gratitude leads to greatness. It can literally turn what you have into more than enough, jobs into joy, chaos into order, uncertainty into clarity, and bring peace to an otherwise chaotic day.

BREATH OF LIFE There are many forms of light, for it means many things to different people. The light we wish to talk about today comes from within; it is the eternal flame that comes from your Creator. Once upon a time, there were no individual lights, all of you were an integral part of the whole, similar to the light that shines forth from your sun. At one point, this light fragmented to allow for a variety of experiences. This light inside your heart is similar to one candle flame.

Each of you has this flame of God Essence within you. Even those that do the most horrendous deeds on Earth have this light within. Many of you have hidden this light so deeply that you cannot enjoy its flame. Yet no matter how deeply it is hidden, this flame can be brought forth to shine brightly. All it needs is a little oxygen. We call this oxygen “breath.”

Your breath is the most important element you need to exist on this Earth. Try not breathing for just a few minutes and you will understand what we say. In order for your light to shine brightly, it needs oxygen. Breathing consciously while setting intentions is very powerful. There are many techniques on how to use the breath to energize the body, mind and soul.

As the ugly realities of the control system become ever more apparent so does the dialogue increase about what can be done about it. ‘Non compliance’ features prominently as an important tool for counteracting the slide into slavish conformation with the powers that be.

In general, as I see it, there are two main strands of choice available to those who wake-up and feel impelled to take a stand: the outward focussed activist approach and the one that favours withdrawal from the system and ceasing to comply with the status quo: ‘non compliance’. Practising both at once is a pretty tall order, but not impossible.

Powerful negative emotions, if not released, remain trapped in your body forever, and this in turn, leads to disharmony in the body, pain, malfunction and eventually disease. Catharsis is a powerful tool for accessing and releasing pent up emotions; a process of healing, cleansing and purification that affects us on both, emotional and cognitive level.

Originally, the term was used as a metaphor in Poetics by Aristotle to explain the impact of tragedy on the audiences. Catharsis was also used in psychotherapy practice – Freud & Breur described catharsis as an involuntary, instinctive body reaction for example crying.

Reenacting scenes from one’s past, dreams, or fantasies helps the person bring the unconscious conflicts into consciousness and eventually experience catharsis. With increased consciousness comes more relief and positive change (Moreno, 1946).

One thing will set you apart from all others; the ability to stop, quiet your mind, heart and body, to revel in your connection to the Universe. Be the calm in the storm of people running away, to or from. ~ Creator
