Life isn’t about working day in and day out to please someone else just so we can ‘earn our keep’ and stay financially secure. There’s an underlying theme to life that most people have forgotten, and if we want to understand this theme, we have to open the mind and consider concepts that most of society wouldn’t yet accept.

One of those concepts is that love is the driving force of our existence, and another is that there are higher states of consciousness we can access with meditation and other inner tools that connect us with a reality that’s much realer and more refined than our own.

To explore this greater reality, which exists beyond our surface awareness, all we really have to do is open up to it and let our higher consciousness take the wheel and steer. Our higher consciousness has always guided us, and for the most part, we’ve been unaware of its existence.

Less is not more, as is often claimed. More is more! That said, less is often better, and that can make all the difference in today’s world, a world that is getting faster, fuller, and more pressing.

Our world is getting faster in terms of the pace of life, the speed of transport, the speed of communications and the speed of change. Although speed can bring benefits, it can also bring stress and cause accidents and mistakes. If we want to live well in a faster world, we need to go more slowly in our own personal world. There are times when less rush would mean better progress.

For many, many years love and power have been intertwined in the human experience, and both have been misrepresented in many ways. As you have been evolving beyond the model of conditional love, you have also been evolving beyond the model of false power – both of which were designed to perpetuate separation.

Is it not interesting that as you get clarity about what power is and is not, and what love is and is not, you are naturally moving into the energies of authentic power and unconditional love? Can you see how embracing your truth and authenticity helps you discover the love that you are? Can you see how, as you embrace the love that you are, your authentic power leads the way?

Can you see how profound it is that you are, more and more, embodying exactly what is required to move into the unity consciousness that is the signature of the Shift you are creating? What an amazing and glorious time on your planet, as you shrug off centuries of conditioning and finally, bravely and mindfully, allow yourselves to embody your truth as empowered beings of love. ~Archangel Gabriel

A new report based on the testimonies of more than 60 Israeli soldiers is making its way around the web. It outlines how the massive civilian death toll from last summer’s Israeli assault on Gaza resulted from “a policy of indiscriminate fire.” The group of soldiers have come together to express that what happened in Gaza, and what continues to happen, is a “broad ethical failure” that “comes from the top of the chain of command.” During the 50 days of the assault last summer, more than 2,100 Palestinians in Gaza were killed, the majority of which were civilians, including more than 500 children.

Arise. Stand in for Me. All that you desire Me to be is contained within you. You are a keeper of the Trust, shall We say. I trust in you. I have invested Myself in you and thoughts of you and attention on you. You who art the seekers of My trust are also the keepers of My trust, and so are you One with Me, and I – I am One with you. Together, We can do anything.

In Me you trust, and I trust in you. Yes, you can rely on Me, yet relying on Me doesn’t mean that you are to sit around waiting for Me as if you were helpless. I rely on you to take care of what is yours to take care of. I never intended you to ask Me to do what is yours to do. I rely on you to further your goals. If you want to start a business, you are the one who starts it. Truly, I serve you, and, truly, you must serve Me Who art your very Self.

You don’t recline and eat bon-bons while you wait for Me to deliver your dreams fulfilled. You were never meant to be incapable. I have asked you to take responsibility for yourself. I ask you to help others, and yet you have learned that you can help others too much and that this is not a favor to anyone either. You cannot take over for everyone, for then you may foster a dependency that is not helpful. Beloveds, I am God, yet I am not a lamp you rub. Yes, I come to your aid. You do not know how many times.
