CELEBRATE YOUR SELF   Today we would like to celebrate YOU!  How often do you take time to be grateful for the person you are? If you would do this more often (every moment), your life would be much grander!

We begin by saying, “Thank you!” Without your experiences on Earth, our lives would not be as enriched. By having the privilege of working with you, our lives are filled with joy. Take time now to thank yourself. Know that every thought, word and action you have ever participated in has spread throughout the universe.

Even those things you judge to be bad are not considered negative by us. When people do things that are “bad,” they allow others to make a choice in how they will respond. There would not be an opportunity for such if no one played the role of bad guy.

Just like in the movies, the bad guy is an actor. It is not the actor being bad, he is just playing a role. Although from your perspective the “bad” may feel painful and horrible, from our broader perspective, we know you are playing temporary roles. We mention this so you will thank yourself and celebrate your Being without judging yourself or regretting choices you made in the past.

Know you are a child of love and are pure in your Spirit Essence. Celebrate this. Treat yourself to a big astral hug by calling in your Spirit Guides. Play soft music and allow yourself to relax and release any pressures you have placed on yourself, allowing your Essence to be filled with their love.

You are drawn to beauty, aren’t you? What can be more beautiful than My Creation? You are My Creation, and I Who Created you from My Very Self am also beautiful. You are soul. Remember, your body is only a covering, yet, My children, how much you tend to equate yourself with your physical dimensions, as if the physical body is the sum and total of you. The physical body is an outline of you, yet you are not confined within that outline. The physical body is like a sketch made on paper with a pencil. You sketch an outline of yourself and sign your name to it. The Truth is that you are dimensionless. There are no borders to you. There are no limits to you and no limitations. I am God Who tells you this, yet, for all intents and purposes, you say, “Yeah, yeah,” as if I speak only to hear Myself talk. I am giving you the straight goods. Sit up and listen.

What keeps you from knowing the boundlessness of you is a disbelief in yourself and Me and what I say. For the most part, you don’t take seriously what I say. You feel so far from it, and you may think of Me as an old grandmother who goes on and on with old memories and imaginings. I do not imagine you. I know you. I know you truthfully as Myself. I know what I created, while you see yourself as flotsam and jetsam. You look here and there, and your eyes do not settle on Truth. Your eyes keep looking at shining tinsel that waves in the breeze in the fields of illusion far and near. You miss the boat.

Start exploring your world as a five year old would; play, learn, sing, dance, draw, touch and feel, experience everything in a child-like way. In doing so, you will discover exactly what your gifts are. ~ Creator

Genetically-modified food is one of the most controversial subjects today. Not only are regulations loose and manufacturers getting away with not labeling them, they’re being approved at an alarmingly swift rate without the appropriate long-term health assessment. The Food and Drug Administration recently approved of two GMO foods, potatoes and apples, as safe and equally nutritious as conventional varieties, and they’re pushing to get these items to a grocery store near you.

The new approval is covering six varieties of potatoes and two varieties of apples. [1] The potatoes come from Idaho from the J. R. Simplot Co., and the apples come from Canadian company Okanagan Specialty Fruits, Inc...
