The world is rapidly reaching global water crisis mode with nearly one billion people lacking access to clean potable water. But a new solar-powered invention by award-winning British company Desolenator can turn seawater into drinking water – and may turn this dire situation around in a hurry.

Desolenator’s machine uses patented technology that can transform salt water and other un-potable water sources into pure, distilled water fit for human consumption. Capable of producing 15 liters of water per day, using no power supply other than the sun and with no moving parts or filters – this invention is hard to break and easy to maintain. To make things even better, after the initial purchase the machine needs no extra input of money or consumables – and can provide clean water for a household for a period of up to 20 years.

Abundance, like age, is a state of mind.  Too often, it is thought to be limited to the digits describing one’s material wealth.  While in fact it is the space from which one operates. Abundance here refers to the experience of ease and flow in all aspects of one’s life.  It is being anchored in a sense of wholeness and completion, a sufficiency that enables graceful flow, harmony and generosity. Where One is not inhibited by fears of scarcity. Trust in Self and life is effortless.

All of this is determined by one singular aspect – the degree to which one is in touch with one’s true nature.  The ‘I’ that one refers to, and whose ideas of ‘mine’ and ‘not mine’ keep it locked in a sense of lack and insufficiency(whether it be of love, time, well-being or money), is in itself a false construct.  It is the misled aspect that has identified itself with a particular body-mind.  This, despite experiencing that like the mind, our body too is noticeably changeable.  Our embodiment in the womb, as infants, adults and then as senior citizens is far from the same.  Even as we observe these changes, we continually, simultaneously re-calibrate our idea of ‘self’ and thereby continue to uphold the mistaken belief that there is a ‘constant’ or ‘consistent’ person here.

When Ricky Gervais was eight years old, he woke up every day going:

Wow! I’m alive! Yes! I’ve got to eat! I’ve got to take a clock apart to see how that works! There’s an ant! I’m going to follow that ant! Let’s go to the library! What, sausages? Oh my god, I can’t believe my luck!

We could still retain this sense of awe and wonder at life as adults — but so few of us do.

We’re too lost in circling thoughts, remembering the past or worrying about the future, to notice the many magical things going on around us. We’re too focused on counting all the things we don’t have yet, to notice the beauty, love and abundance that is already ours.

A new study titled, “Effects of Yoga in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure: A Meta-Analysis,” reveals that this ancient practice, ever-increasing in popularity in the West, has profound benefits to those who are suffering from cardiovascular disease.

Previous to this study, the idea that yoga could heal a diseased heart was considered strictly theoretical, which is what motivated a team of Portuguese researchers to put the concept to the test.

The team performed a meta-analysis of the published research on the topic of how yoga might improve exercise capacity and health-related quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.

Today We talk about what it is to be a leader. First of all, everyone is a leader, and that means you. What is a leader? A leader inspires. He appreciates. He encourages. He uplifts. He sets an example. A leader, by example, straightens his backbone, and straightens others’ backbones as well. A leader lifts his head and his heart, and others do the same.

If you are an employer, you are a leader. If you are an employee, you are also a leader. All of My children are way-showers.

It has been said that the blind lead the blind. This is meant to look squarely at leaders and leadership. The Emperor who wore no clothes would be an example. The idea is that most or all people can’t see beyond the nose on their face - or don’t quite dare to.

My interpretation is that everyone is learning and growing. There isn’t a set-ness to life in the world. Everyone is learning from everyone else and continues learning from everyone and every experience. Sometimes the King learns from his subjects. Sometimes the King’s subjects learn from the King. Sometimes the subjects may learn from the King how not to lead a kingdom. If a leader desires respect, he must be respectful. If he desires honor, he must honor.

What you desire, you must be. How you want to be treated, you must treat. King or pauper, enlightened or not enlightened, everyone is learning from life and that means everyone is learning from everyone. It is not only appointed leaders who lead. Everyone who reads My words is a leader. Everyone is a leader. Now lead in the direction you want others to go.

Sad, but true. The quality of your light is affected by the quality of the things that you surround yourself with — and the quality of your light is affected by the quality of your own inner feelings and traits.
