What a week that was! Between multiple strong solar flares, a super new moon, solar eclipse and Equinox, it feels like we haven't been able to catch our breath.
You may have felt like more things than usual were jam-packed into your schedule this past week, meanwhile the clock was accelerated making it feel like we were running on the go constantly! That said, I noticed that anytime I thought "Actually, I don't want to rush. I'm really enjoying what I'm doing right now" it is as if time slowed down and expanded a bit allowing a much more comfortable and joyful experience.

After examining million records, including data on campaign contributions, lobbying expenditures, federal budget allocations and spending, we found that, on average, for every dollar spent on influencing politics, the nation’s most politically active corporations received $760 from the government. The $4.4 trillion total represents two-thirds of the $6.5 trillion that individual taxpayers paid into the federal treasury.

Negative thoughts can become a vice on our lives and affect the way in which we experience life’s events. Learning how to think positively instead of negatively can be hard, especially if one has never been taught to do so. However, becoming someone who sees the best in everything can lead to new experiences and a healthier existence.
Learning to be grateful for all you have in life is fundamental to becoming a positive thinker. If you are reading this you most likely have access to a computer, Internet, A LIFE! Aquaponics is a combination of fish farming (aquaculture) and soilless agriculture (hydroponics). Fish are kept in a water tank, and above it is a growing bed. Water from the fish tank is pumped up to the growing bed where it filters through a growing medium and the roots of your plants, then back into the fish tank below.
